FIELDS AND FLYWAYS

Privacy & email permission

Effective September 17, 2026.

This waitlist records interest in the future Fields and Flyways marketplace. It does not create an account, verify land rights or reserve a hunt.

What we collect

Your email and state, and your county if you choose to provide it; for hosts, your role and business/property/chapter name. You may optionally share interests, service types, a website and email contact preference. Please do not send exact property addresses, sensitive documents or payment details.

Why we collect it

To understand regional interest and, with your checked email permission, send launch and relevant hunter or host updates. We record when permission was given and the notice version. No email is sent by this form today. Future email delivery needs an unsubscribe mechanism before it is enabled.

How we run and improve the site

We use service providers to operate the website and store signup information. We measure basic activity, such as visits and signups, to understand interest and improve the site. These measurements do not include your name, email or property details. We and our service providers also use limited technical information to keep the site working and prevent spam. We do not use advertising trackers.

We remove activity records after 90 days through routine cleanup and monthly review.

Access, retention and your choices

Lead records are not public. Access is limited to authorized project administrators. We do not sell the waitlist. You can request correction, deletion or withdrawal of email permission through Contact. The owner will review unconverted interest after 12 months and delete it when no longer needed; rate-limit records expire from active use after one hour and are cleaned up after two days on subsequent submissions.

Email addresses are not yet verified, so a submission is not proof of identity. Before any mailing, we will configure confirmation, unsubscribe and suppression handling. Do not submit someone else’s details.
